Terms of the Forge

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dragons Anvil, a service operated by Dynamic Hallucination Inc. By creating an account, uploading concept art, generating assets, or downloading assets, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the forge.

2. The Service

Dragons Anvil turns concept art and text descriptions into three-dimensional assets: character meshes, prop kits, and environment fragments. The service is currently in beta. Features, limits, queue times, and pricing may change as the forge matures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta period.

3. Your Account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dragons Anvil. The adult content pathway described in Section 5 is strictly limited to users 18 years of age or older who have completed identity verification.

4. Pricing, Downloads, and Licensing

Uploading concept art is free. Every account may forge one asset per day at no cost.

Forged assets remain in your gallery as previews. To download an asset, choose one of the following:

• Pay per asset: $1.00 per downloaded asset.
• Creator subscription: $5.00 per month includes 20 asset downloads per month and raises your forge limit to 4 asset generations per day.
• Studio subscription: $29.99 per month includes 50 asset downloads per month and raises your forge limit to 15 asset generations per day.
• Forgemaster subscription: $99.00 per month includes unlimited asset downloads, 30 asset generations per day, and 15 priority generations per day that jump to the front of the queue.
• Every asset you purchase for download includes a full commercial license. You may use it in any project, commercial or personal, anywhere, with no attribution required.
• Assets you forge but do not download remain preview-only and carry no license.

5. Content Policy

No sexually explicit assets may be generated, uploaded, or requested through Dragons Anvil unless both of the following are true:

• You have joined the official Dynamic Hallucination Discord server, and
• You have completed identity verification through that server, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

5.1 Absolute Prohibitions

The following are prohibited without exception. Identity verification does not unlock any of these:

• Content depicting or sexualizing minors, in any style, real or fictional.
• Sexually explicit content depicting a real, identifiable person without their documented consent.
• Content that is illegal in the United States or in your jurisdiction.

6. Uploads and Ownership

You may only upload concept art you own or have the rights to use. You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant Dynamic Hallucination Inc. the limited license needed to process your art through the forge and deliver your assets back to you.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, refuse generation requests, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Violations of Section 5.1 result in immediate permanent termination and, where required, reports to the appropriate authorities. Fees already paid are not refunded on accounts terminated for violations.

8. Disclaimers

Dragons Anvil is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, during the beta period. Dynamic Hallucination Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the forge.
